Deniz Mısra Gurol

Clinical Psychologist / Doctoral Researcher

I conduct Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Schema Therapy-based psychotherapy sessions with adult and adolescent clients, either online or in person.

During the therapy process, I support my clients in exploring their inner worlds, understanding themselves on a deeper level, and reshaping challenging emotional, thought, and behavioral patterns. My goal is to guide individuals in creating healthier relationships and meaningful changes in their lives. If you would like to take the first step in this process on your own journey, we can work together.
